Work Opportunity Tax Credit
WOTC is a federal program that gives employers up to $9,600 in tax credits per employee if the employee meets certain criteria including veterans, long-term unemployed, SNAP receipients and others.
When candidates apply for your jobs they will answer a few screening questions to determine their eligibility. Your dashboard will show you the estimated credits available in your applicant list.
When you hire an eligible candidate, PlatinumHire completes the IRS documentation for you.
